Join a Dialogue on Oregon Small Businesses & Jobs!

Join them, with us, in a dialog on small business, creating jobs and strengthening our economy.

We will be providing burgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, plates, napkins, utensils, water and coffee and tea. You are invited to bring a salad, chips, dessert or drinks to share.

The suggested voluntary donation of $5 to defray costs would be greatly appreciated.  Children under 12 always free.

We are a group of folks that have been dismayed at some of the decisions and actions of the last administration- to the point where we left our couches and comfortable living rooms and begun to try to make a difference in our state and nation.  Our most exciting triumph has been the election of our Representative Suzanne VanOrman, taking over a seat that was held by the Republicans since time immemorial.   We have campaigned actively for Measures 66 and 67 this winter, and we are gearing up to move voters to elect a new Senator from our area:  Brent Barton!  The re-election of Rep. VanOrman promises to be another invigorating campaign.

We don’t always know all the answers- but together, we are teaching ourselves how to be more effective in both influencing the voters AND influencing our elected officials about issues that are important to us.

We welcome your presence, your ideas, your experience- together we can move mountains!

Do plan on joining us on the second Saturday of each month at 9:30am or so at the community room of the Clackamas County Bank, 38935 Proctor Blvd., Sandy (across from the Subway shop)
